Bandaging is one of the key countermeasures for traumatic on-the-spot emergency treatment. In-time and proper banding can achieve the purpose of being oppressed and promoting blood circulation, reducing infection, protecting wounds, and reducing pain. Ring wrapping

1. Cover the wound with a sterile or clean medical dressing, and fix the medical dressing.

2. Open the gauze, wrap the first circle slightly obliquely, about 45 degrees; press the corner of the first circle obliquely into the ring circle and circle the second circle.

3. Wrap the pressure around the body 4-5 times, each circle covers the previous circle, and the gauze coiling range should exceed the edge of the auxiliary material.

Operating procedures:

1. Cover the wound with a sterile or clean medical dressing, and fix the medical dressing.

2. First coil a few times according to the ring method.

3. Starting from the third circle, each circle covers one-third or one-half of the previous circle in a spiral shape.

Note: Use even force when bundling, and tie it firmly from the inside to the outside. After the banding is completed, the medical dressing covering the wound should be completely covered.

2. First coil a few times according to the ring method.

3. Then fold each circle of gauze to cover one-third or two-thirds of the front circle. In this way, it is coiled from the bottom up.

4. When folding back, press the center of the gauze, fold the gauze back down with the other hand, and then wind it back and tighten it; the folded part of the gauze should bypass the patient's wound.

5. Finally, it is bound in a ring shape.

"8" bandage method

Wounds at the palms, ankles and other joints are wrapped with "8" bandages. An elastic bandage is best.

Arm "8" bandage bandage process:

1. Cover the wound with a sterile or clean medical dressing, and fix the medical dressing.

2. When bundling, start from the wrist and wrap it around a few times.

3. Wrap around the hands and wrists in an "8" shape.
